In commemoration of World AIDS Day 2005, the Armory features photographs by Julie Pudlowski which are part of her Living and Dying with HIV/AIDS series. Over the last six years, she has been a project manager for international development organizations, while working as a documentary photographer for the United Nations, NGOs, and international news organizations. Pudlowski was selected to exhibit at the 6th International San Francisco Photographic Art Exposition in Los Angeles.

She recently completed an assignment with UNDP Kigali to produce a book, which will serve as the main UN commemorative contribution to the 10th anniversary of the Rwandan Genocide On view in the Balcony Gallery and in the Studio.
