Walk to Art
June 16 – August 9
Lilia Hernandez, coordinator

In cooperation with Pasadena's Human Services, Recreation and Neighborhoods Department and other partners, the Armory's Walk to Art program presents free after-school art classes held in the community at libraries, schools and parks. Classes are taught by professional artists who are Armory faculty members committed to creating an enriching environment where students can explore ideas and develop skills. Various types of material are used during Walk to Art classes, including clay, drawing, painting and collage. This exhibition features the artwork of students participating in the 2001 and 2002 Walk to Art session.
