The Armory Center for the Arts is a nonprofit, community-based organization that exists in large part because of the generosity of our members, sponsors, and volunteers. Thanks to you, we are able to live up to our mission to provide a creative exchange of ideas in art through community-based programs, education and exhibition for art students.

Cameras for Kids
The Armory Center for the Arts needs working 35mm SLR film cameras and lenses for our youth art education programs. We’re one of the few art centers that still teach analog or “wet” photography to children and teens. Kids love the almost-magical, DIY approach of using real film and darkroom chemicals to craft amazing images made of light… and they get a much deeper understanding of how photography really works.
