Join friends and neighbors at Villa Parke Community Center to celebrate Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department is teaming up with Armory Center for the Arts and Pasadena Community Job Center to commemorate the century-old holiday with dance performances; arts & crafts; food available for purchase; and “ofrendas,” altars honoring the lives of the deceased.

The Armory will provide hands-on art-making workshops where folks of all ages can make a Calavera skull with Armory Teaching Artists Julieta Reynoso and Nicole Magana.
